Pandemic is a word that we all are getting familiar with. Definition is (usually of a disease) prevalent over a whole country or the world. The bible says that by one-man sin entered the world (Rom. 5:12). Because of that all men have sinned, (Rom. 3:23-24) thus the pandemic of sin. Not sure if that is the proper use of the word, but sin spread all over the earth
This morning on the news they were talking about using ultraviolet light to kill coronavirus cells on medical gear and surfaces. This is quite a breakthrough for this current pandemic. But praise be to God who provided a greater light for the first pandemic. That light not only destroys the pandemic but gives new life. Jesus was that light and gives life to all who respond to that light (John 1:4,12). He also came to destroy that pandemic of sin (1 John 3.8)
